Privacy Policy — EMI360

EMI360.in is a privacy-first loan planning platform. Every calculation runs locally in your browser. We do not require signup, we do not collect personally identifiable information for our calculators, and we do not sell or share your data.

We do not collect your name, phone number, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, or income — none of our calculators require them. Anything you type into a calculator stays in your browser.

If you contact us by email, we process only the email address you provide, solely to respond to you. We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand aggregate usage of the site — pages viewed, general navigation patterns, approximate location at a country/region level, and device type. This data is processed by Google and is not tied to your identity or combined with the information you enter into our calculators, which never leaves your browser. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it beyond what's needed for Google Analytics to function.

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar storage strictly necessary for the site to function and to remember your preferences on the device (e.g. theme, recent calculator inputs). Google Analytics also sets its own cookies to distinguish sessions and measure aggregate usage, as described in Section 3. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You may request access, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@emi360.in. We respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
